You will lead, motivate, and coach specialists, ensuring schedules align with client requirements while maintaining high quality and efficiency across projects.

You will drive performance analytics, implement improvements, and ensure effective escalation handling. Weekend support and on-call availability are valued, with an emphasis on teamwork and process

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams of varied sizes (local and remote).
• Strong analytical skills with KPI/SLAs oversight.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience developing training materials and coaching plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Player Engagement teams to meet client requirements.
• Maintain project visibility with regular status reports to Operations Manager.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze reports, and improve processes.
• Create training materials and identify areas for further material enhancement.
