Job summary

Fyfe is expanding its Philippines team and is seeking a Pipeline Engineer to design buried gas and water gathering networks for Australian clients. You will work from the Philippines and support the Australia team, applying established design rules and guiding GIS/drafting outputs for routing and layout.

The role emphasizes pipeline design rather than stress analysis, with initial responsibilities in design coordination and technical review, while the final certification remains with Australian

Qualifications

• Bachelors level engineering degree in Pipeline, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or Petroleum fields.
• 2–5 years of pipeline or buried network design experience.
• Familiarity with GIS data and spatial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design buried HDPE/PE100 gas and water networks for Australia projects.
• Direct routing/layout attribution with the GIS and drafting team.
• Review hydraulic model outputs and compare with drafted alignments.
• Coordinate with Brisbane technical lead when rule gaps exist.
