Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, INC (a Teleperformance company) is seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to ensure credential accuracy and regulatory compliance within a Healthcare BPO environment. You will oversee credential documentation, renewal schedules, and liaise with stakeholders to secure complete records.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in credentialing, document processing, records management, or administrative support within a Healthcare BPO environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience handling confidential documents and maintaining accurate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, validate, and track required credentialing documents.
• Monitor expiring credentials and coordinate timely renewals.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and tracking reports.
• Follow up with candidates, employees, and stakeholders regarding outstanding requirements.
• Verify documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Process high volumes of administrative tasks while meeting turnaround requirements.
