Hunt St, a remote‑first agency, seeks a Performance/Digital Marketing Manager in the Philippines to drive Google Ads and SEO for an Australian client. The role is an independent contractor position with flexibility to manage time while aligning with AU business hours.

You will lead paid search and content strategies, support SEO during domain migrations, and collaborate with leadership to improve campaigns, online presence, and lead quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads experience is non-negotiable.
• Proven experience building and optimising paid search campaigns from the ground up.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, keyword planning, and campaign structure.
• Strong SEO knowledge, including on-page optimisation and technical SEO.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting residential and commercial audiences across regional Australia.
• Build, optimise, and scale paid search campaigns, including keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, ad structure, and conversion tracking.
• Lead SEO initiatives, including on-page optimisation, keyword research, technical SEO improvements, and content recommendations.
• Update and manage website content, landing pages, images, and copy through WordPress.
• Analyse campaign and lead data to provide actionable insights and performance recommendations.
• Prepare regular reporting on marketing performance, lead generation, and ROI.
