Job summary

Hunt St, a remote-friendly firm hiring for AU clients, seeks a Philippines-based PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist. This independent contractor role follows AU business hours with flexibility in time management.

You will lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and more; optimize for ROAS and CPL; and partner with creatives to ensure high-converting campaigns. Compensation is AUD 2,500–4,500 monthly.

Qualifications

Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns with ownership of strategy and budget.
Strong grasp of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools (GA4).
Demonstrated ability to read data and pivot strategy based on insights.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the overall paid media strategy across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, and others).
Translate business objectives into channel and budget strategy.
Reframe KPIs around CPL/CPA, MQLs, lead volume and traffic quality.
Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Identify new growth opportunities, audience segments, or channels.
Manage budget allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI.
Report on performance with clear insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure ad alignment with conversions.
Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends.
