Job summary

Fenyx is seeking a Paid Media Assistant to support Lead Paid Media Specialists and cross-functional teams in Manila-based operations. The role focuses on loading campaigns, targeting configurations, and leveraging AI for performance insights.

You will handle campaign monitoring, reporting, and strategic planning efforts while coordinating with teammates for briefs and media plans. Remote-friendly with monthly on-site meetings in Makati/Taguig/Pasig as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail and Gcal.

Responsibilities

• Load campaigns and assets with ad targeting and GEO settings.
• Leverage AI for paid media tasks including performance analysis and copy generation.
• Monitor campaigns daily/weekly/monthly and prepare reports in Google Sheets.
• Conduct campaign research, planning, and strategy with the team.
• Collaborate on paid media briefs and develop clear media plans.
