Job summary

OptiNizers in the Philippines is seeking a senior, remote Brand & Performance Creative Designer to transform brand assets into high-converting ad creatives across Meta, Google Display, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will balance speed, quality, and performance while driving measurable growth.

You will develop approximately 30 creative assets per week, concept from existing assets, and produce polished variations, including static, animated, 3D and AI-assisted visuals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creative strategy.
• Ability to independently develop creative concepts from existing assets.
• Experience producing high-volume creative outputs (≈30 assets per week).
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with 3D or AI-assisted design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design static and animated ad creatives for paid platforms (Meta, Google Display, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Adapt assets into multiple creative variations and social media visuals.
• Develop original concepts based on client brand assets.
• Produce ~30 creative assets per week while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing/ads teams and iterate based on performance data.
