Job summary

Trigyn Technologies seeks a seasoned PeopleSoft Developer to design, build, and optimize PeopleSoft modules for HCM,Talent Management and LMS. The role focuses on robust integration via REST/SOAP, and architecting scalable solutions while working remotely from a global delivery model.

Responsibilities include development with PeopleCode/PeopleTools, configuring Integration Broker and API services, and delivering comprehensive documentation and rollout plans. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical development experience in PeopleSoft v9.x (v9.2 preferred) HCM modules.
5–10+ years of experience in PeopleCode, PeopleTools, App Designer, App Engine, Integration Broker, CI, AWE, SQL, and PS Query.
Strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and Talent Management technical architecture.
Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP services.

Responsibilities

Perform feasibility and impact analysis, architecture design and development of tools using Oracle PeopleSoft 8.57+.
Improve scalability, speed, and performance of existing models.
Design and build web services to integrate PeopleSoft with third party systems in real time.
Prepare roll-out plans for development activities and manage change requests.
