Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer to design, customize, and support PeopleSoft HCM applications. You will collaborate with functional consultants, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable technical solutions.

The role focuses on developing with PeopleCode, SQL, and Integration tools, maintaining interfaces, and ensuring smooth upgrades and production support in a hybrid setup at our BGC location.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PeopleCode and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer.
• Experience developing and supporting Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Application Packages.
• Experience with multiple PeopleSoft HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence Management, Global Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Acquisition).
• Experience with PeopleSoft integrations and interfaces.
• Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM architecture, development lifecycle, and customization practices.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Developer responsible for developing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications. The role will work closely with functional consultants, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable technical solutions and resolve application issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications based on functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze requirements and prepare technical designs and development specifications.
• Develop and modify PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, and SQL.
• Build and maintain PeopleSoft integrations and interfaces with internal and third‑party systems.
• Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, and technical changes while following established development standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
• Work with functional consultants and testers to investigate defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in technical discussions and requirements workshops to assess technical feasibility, impact, and development effort.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for new developments, enhancements, integrations, and fixes.
• Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities when required.
• Ensure assigned deliverables are completed within project timelines and established quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands‑on PeopleSoft development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PeopleCode and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer.
• Experience developing and supporting Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Application Packages.
• Experience working with at least 3 PeopleSoft HCM modules, such as:
• Core HR / Core HCM
• Absence Management
• Global Payroll
• Time and Labor
• Talent Acquisition Management
• Experience with PeopleSoft integrations and interfaces.
• Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM architecture, development lifecycle, and customization practices.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
• Ability to work effectively with functional consultants, QA/testing teams, and business users.

Good To Have Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Exposure to PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and application/Tax Updates.
• Knowledge of Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services, and third‑party integrations.
• Experience with Fluid UI and modern PeopleSoft development practices.
• Exposure to Event Mapping, Page & Field Configurator, Activity Guides, and Drop Zones.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and enhancement projects.
• Knowledge or exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM is an advantage.
