Job summary

Staffstream is seeking a Philippines-based payroll and HR administrator to manage end-to-end payroll cycles aligned with Australian business hours. You will ensure accurate award interpretation, superannuation compliance and timely payments, while maintaining employee records and responding to routine inquiries.

You will assist with onboarding, offboarding, and contracts, supported by clear processes, secure systems, and a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in payroll or HR administration.
• Familiar with Australian award interpretation and superannuation obligations.
• Comfortable using payroll and HR software and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll end to end each cycle with manager sign-off.
• Maintain employee records and respond to routine HR/payroll inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding in the HR system; prepare contracts.
