Job summary

MATCHA.COM is seeking a People Operations Coordinator in a remote role within the Philippines. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day People operations, support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement, while maintaining accurate records and HR systems.

You will turn approved processes into structured workflows, collaborate with the Senior People Operations Manager, and ensure excellence across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or Psychology.
• Minimum 3 years in HR, HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Administration.
• Experience in remote startup environments.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and task platforms like Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• People Operations Administration: Maintain records, HR documentation, directories, and respond to queries.
• Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage communications, prepare offers and onboarding docs.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and checklists, ensure access and inductions.
• Performance Review Coordination: Build and manage ThriveSparrow cycles, monitor progress, report to leadership.
• Employee Experience & Engagement: Plan engagement activities, events, and communications calendars.
• Systems & Process Execution: Maintain Monday.com boards, HR templates, and SOP repositories.
• Operational Excellence: Improve processes, document updates, and ensure timely tasks.
