Based in Southeast Asia with remote-friendly policy, you will handle transactions, refunds, discrepancies, and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-growing global company. The role includes rotating CET-aligned shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Understanding of payment processing fundamentals and financial transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Verify transaction details and maintain accurate payment records across financial systems.
• Handle refunds, adjustments, and discrepancies as needed.
• Identify and resolve payment-related issues with the team.
• Support Shift Leaders and Managers with daily payment activities.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior Payment Operators.
