Gavin Zickerman Quinton Samuels Operations is seeking a Passive Candidate Recruiter / Talent Sourcer in the Philippines, remote, to hunt employed candidates and engage them for US-based roles during EST business hours.

You will research competitors, perform high-volume outreach via cold calls/texts and LinkedIn, and build a strong candidate pipeline while presenting profiles to the recruiting team. Strong English and an extensive LinkedIn network are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the Philippines.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write clear, professional English.
• Strong verbal communication with the confidence to speak with U.S.-based professionals.
• Experience with cold calling and cold texting.
• Comfort contacting individuals not actively looking for a job.
• Experience recruiting passive candidates or direct/headhunting recruitment is preferred.
• Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Established LinkedIn network with 5,000+ connections.
• Familiar with major social media platforms for candidate sourcing and research.
• Ability to research companies, competitors, industries, and professionals.
• Resourceful with creative ways to locate contact information.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and home setup.
• Willing to work U.S. business hours, especially EST/EDT.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit passive candidates who are currently employed.
• Research competitors and target companies to identify qualified employees.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling, cold texting, LinkedIn messaging, and direct outreach.
• Develop creative strategies for finding difficult-to-locate candidates.
• Sell career opportunities and create interest for candidates to consider a change.
• Build relationships with candidates for future placements.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate experience and motivation.
• Present qualified candidates to recruiting/account management teams.
• Maintain candidate follow-up throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and network.
• Utilize social media to identify, engage, and contact potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and CRM data.
• Meet KPIs for outbound calls, texts, conversations, submissions, interviews, and placements.
