BruntWork seeks a data-driven Paid Search & Performance Marketing Analyst to own, optimize, and scale multi-channel campaigns across paid search and paid social. You will drive ROAS through end-to-end management, A/B testing, and advanced attribution with OCT.

You will collaborate with Data Science, UX, and Content teams to refine models and deploy robust tracking while managing campaigns across credit cards, loans, Medicare, and education verticals. This is a remote, contractor role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience building, scaling, and managing performance campaigns across paid search and paid social.
• Deep expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.

Responsabilités

• Campaign Management & Execution: Build, launch, and manage performance-driven paid search and paid social campaigns across multi-channel channels.
• Performance Optimization & A/B Testing: Implement end-to-end testing pipelines for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages; build remarketing/list lookalike audiences.
• Advanced Analytics & Attribution: Align paid traffic with down-funnel lead quality; leverage OCT and build GA4/Looker Studio dashboards.
