Job summary

Wayfinder Agency is hiring a Paid Media Specialist (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads) for a fully remote role. You’ll strategize, build, and scale campaigns with monthly budgets of 10k–25k, and manage ad accounts daily for full-funnel performance.

You’ll collaborate with creatives and account managers, analyze performance data to develop actionable optimization plans, stay ahead of advertising trends, and contribute copy and creative ideas for tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Google and Meta Ads experience, preferably in eCommerce and/or SaaS.
• Proven success with campaign optimization, scaling, and conversion tracking.
• Comfortable with Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Shopify.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset and clear reporting.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, build, and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns with budgets of $10k-25K+/month.
• Manage and optimize Ad Accounts Daily for full-funnel performance.
• Collaborate with creatives and account managers to turn strategy into winning campaigns.
• Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable optimization plans.
• Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, automation, and creative testing.
• Provide initial copy for ad campaigns and take initiative on creative ideas.
