Job summary

Outsourced Pro Global Limited is seeking a highly analytical Paid Media & Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team. You will crunch numbers, build actionable reports, and provide insights across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).

You’ll maintain dashboards, translate data for non-technical stakeholders, monitor campaigns, support forecasting, and help with social calendars. This remote role is Philippines-based and requires collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with dashboards such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
• Extensive experience with CRM and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for all paid media campaigns.
• Develop ad hoc reports for other marketing channels and content initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity across dashboards and reporting platforms.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on planning and forecasting.
• Provide performance insights to support social media calendars.
