Job summary

Lago Staffing and Recruiting is seeking an Ad Buyer (Paid Media Specialist) to plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform paid media campaigns from a remote setup in the Philippines. You will own budgets, test strategies, and drive ROAS for diverse clients.

This role requires strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and comfort working across US time zones as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, or similar).
• Experience with significant monthly ad spend and budget allocation.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven optimization decisions.
• Experience with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel-based strategy.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of attribution models and pixel/tracking setup.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work US time zones.
• Independent contractor mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Develop audience targeting strategies including lookalike, retargeting, and custom audiences.
• Allocate budgets to maximize ROAS and meet KPIs.
• Continuously test ad creative, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
• Monitor performance daily and optimize bids and budgets.
• Analyze reports and provide actionable insights to managers and clients.
• Collaborate with creative teams to iterate assets based on data.
• Stay updated with platform changes and industry trends.
• Ensure accurate pixel and tracking for attribution.
