Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Paid Ads Video Editor to own the editing and post-production of paid social content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will transform raw UGC, creator content, and product shots into high-converting ads that scale paid social campaigns.

You will manage edits end-to-end, test variations, optimize hooks and pacing, and ensure brand consistency across formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9) from a fully remote team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing paid social ads.
• Experience producing UGC testimonials and direct-response formats.
• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Proficient in English — written and spoken.
• Able to work US Eastern Time (New York) business hours, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Paid Social Ad Editing: Edit ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other paid channels using UGC and creator content.
• Structured Variation Testing: Create multiple hook, body, and CTA variations from a single shoot.
• Performance-Driven Iteration: Analyze watch time, hook rate, CTR, and ROAS to refine edits.
• Post-Production Craft: Manage cutting, pacing, sound design, captions, motion text, and color for authentic yet premium footage.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain on-brand visuals, tone, and quality across edits.
• Workflow & Asset Management: Use Frame.io for reviews and deliver assets in correct specs (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9).
• Trend Awareness: Stay current on paid social formats and platform best practices.
