Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring an Ad Creative Video Specialist to craft high-performance video ads for TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You’ll turn light briefs into multiple ad variations, optimize hooks and pacing, and leverage AI tools to accelerate output while handling a high-volume editing queue.

You bring 2–3+ years of performance editing experience, mastery of industry tools, and a proactive, autonomous mindset to meet tight timelines and deliver first-draft quality.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional video editing experience for performance ads/DTC brands or agencies.
• Strong portfolio of paid ad work demonstrating fluency with hooks, narrative arc, and CTAs.
• Expert-level command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Edit UGC-style video ads for TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with direct response focus.
• Take light briefs and create multiple ad variations, including clip selection and text overlays.
• Manage editing queue and meet weekly launch deadlines while maintaining high-quality first drafts.
