You will work across multiple brands, switching voices as needed, while staying on pace with weekly feedback and performance-driven revisions. Prior experience in paid social editing is essential.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio of paid social/DR or DTC brand video ads.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut.
• Ability to work at high output with deadlines.
• Comfort with taking feedback and revisions.

Responsibilities

• Edit UGC-style and DR video ads from raw footage with strong pacing and hooks.
• Apply motion graphics, captions, sound design, and text overlays for platform-ready content.
• Collaborate with strategists and creators following briefs, producing multiple concept versions.
• Submit cuts on time and respond to revision notes quickly.
