Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate in Professional Services to support the Qualifications Processing directorate, delivering data transfers, travel bookings, and 24-hour processing for visiting examiners. You will work with multiple IT systems and stakeholders, handling enquiries within SLAs and maintaining MI.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 1 year of Administrative or Back-office work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage data transfer of active Associates approved to book travel and accommodation
• Liaise with travel supplier regarding issues with travel or accommodation
• Ensure all bookings are processed within 24 hours
• Support innovation and change to improve processes and add quality to outcomes
• Ensure MI is maintained and updated regularly
• Answer customer queries within SLAs
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure operational protocols are adhered to
• Process end-to-end scheduling of visiting examiners booking travel and accommodation
• Flag issues and risks to the team manager
