Job summary

ET-Phone is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to deliver 10/20/30/40-minute English classes to Korean learners via online platforms. You will monitor progress and nurture students’ language skills from a home office.

The role is full-time, remote, with incentives and a strong emphasis on punctuality and reliability. The employer requires a degree in education or related field, excellent English, and at least 6 months ESL experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree holder in an EDUCATIONAL FIELD.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Minimum of 6 Months ESL teaching experience.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).
• Availability at peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT); AM tutors considered.
• Positive work attitude and good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
• Maintain a focused, quiet home teaching environment.
