Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand:ET-Phone) seeks a dedicated Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to deliver engaging English lessons to Korean students. You will conduct 10/20/30/40 minute sessions via the Boda app or X-lite, monitor progress, and support student growth from your home setup.

Requirements include a relevant degree, excellent English, and a minimum 6 months ESL experience. Peak-hour availability and punctual work habits are highly valued, with competitive pay and strong incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college degree in an educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
• At least 6 months ESL teaching experience is a plus.
• Near-native English communication (oral and written).
• Willing to work during peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT) or AM slots.
• Strong work ethic with punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online ESL lessons to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Provide 10/20/30/40 minute classes and monitor student progress.
