Qualifications

• Experience leading large customer service organizations.
• Proven ability to develop teams and succession plans.
• Strong stakeholder management with hospitals and clinical engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and technical support operations.
• Establish governance with service partners including certification and audits.
• Drive service growth through warranties, contracts and value-added offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on strategic accounts.
