Connext Global Solutions is a dedicated team of BPO experts serving clients in Title and Escrow, Healthcare, Produce Distribution, Retail and more. We are hiring a Virtual Nurse (RN) to support a United States client from the Philippines.

The role centers on reviewing inpatient records, identifying documentation gaps, and generating compliant physician queries to enable accurate coding and quality reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of bedside nursing experience, or at least three (3) years in ICU/ED/OR; UR or CDI exposure.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to review clinical documentation.
• Experience developing physician queries and resolving documentation gaps.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG, SOI, ROM, CCs and MCCs.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient medical records for accuracy, completeness and clinical consistency.
• Identify missing, conflicting, or unclear clinical documentation.
• Develop compliant physician queries to clarify documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, coders and clinical teams to support accurate coding and reporting.
• Monitor CDI quality, productivity and query performance metrics.
