Job summary

ScalableOS in Manila operates a UK/Philippines NOC and coordinates end-to-end change management across regions. The role ensures RFCs are logged, risk-assessed, scheduled, and properly resourced to meet customer commitments.

This governance-focused position also handles manpower planning, shift rosters, on-call scheduling, and CAB coordination, aligning with ITIL maturity and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, service delivery, or NOC coordination within IT or managed services.
• ITIL Change Enablement knowledge; ITIL Foundation cert preferred or willing to obtain in 6 months.
• Experience building/maintaining shift rotas, on-call schedules, or resource plans for technical teams.
• Proficiency with ITSM/ticketing tools for RFC logging, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple changes and scheduling priorities.
• Clear communicator, able to chair meetings and push back on incomplete requests.
• Experience coordinating across time zones and cultures (UK/Philippines).
• Familiarity with Juniper networking, firewalls/IPsec, virtualization, and BGP/WAN routing to assess change risk.
• Experience supporting CAB processes and reporting at management level.
• Exposure to workforce/resource planning tools or advanced scheduling in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, logging, and triage of RFCs; classify as Standard, Normal, or Emergency.
• Maintain Standard Change criteria and route through Standard pathway; otherwise Normal assessment.
• Coordinate weekly CAB; prepare agenda, ensure RFCs are complete and risk-assessed, record decisions.
• Ensure RFCs include risk, implementation, rollback, and communication plans before scheduling.
• Maintain master change calendar across sites; manage collisions, blackout periods, and freezes.
• Coordinate customer-facing change communications; notifications, windows, and post-implementation confirmation.
• Track execution against schedule; follow up on overdue RFCs; minimize closure lag.
• Support PIRs for Normal/Emergency changes; feed lessons into Problem Management.
• Produce monthly change management reports for Head of NOC and leadership.
