Job summary

ScalableOS is seeking a Change Coordinator to oversee end-to-end change governance across our NOC, spanning the UK and Philippines. You will ensure RFCs are documented, risk-assessed, scheduled, and resourced, while maintaining the master change calendar and communicating with customers and internal teams.

The role focuses on governance rather than technical delivery, owning risk assessments, approvals, and post-change reporting to improve ITIL maturity and alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a change management, service delivery, or NOC coordination role within IT/networks/services.
• ITIL practices knowledge; ITIL Foundation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience building or maintaining shift rotas, on-call schedules, or resource plans for a tech/operational team.
• Proficient with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira Service Management) for RFC logging and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of coordinating across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, logging, and triage of RFCs; classify as Standard, Normal, or Emergency per framework.
• Apply Standard Change criteria and route others through Normal Change assessment.
• Coordinate weekly CAB; prepare agenda, ensure RFCs are complete, and record decisions.
