Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. is seeking a Change Coordinator to lead end-to-end coordination of internal and customer-facing change management across the NOC, aligning with ITIL processes.

The role oversees resource planning, shift scheduling, and on-call coverage for UK and Philippines teams to ensure continuous service delivery. This is a governance role focused on documentation, risk assessment, approvals, and ensuring changes are properly scheduled and resourced.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, service delivery, or NOC coordination.
• Knowledge of ITIL Change Enablement; ITIL Foundation cert required or in 6 months.
• Experience building shift rotas and on-call schedules.
• Comfortable with ITSM tools like Jira Service Management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, logging and triage of RFCs; classify as Standard, Normal or Emergency.
• Apply Standard Change criteria and route changes through appropriate pathways.
• Coordinate weekly CAB; prepare agenda and record decisions.
• Ensure RFCs include risk, impact, implementation, rollback and communication plans.
• Maintain master change calendar across sites and manage blackout periods.
• Coordinate customer-facing change communications and post-implementation confirmations.
• Track execution, chase overdue RFCs and minimize closure lag.
• Support PIRs and feed lessons learned into problem management.
• Produce monthly change management reporting.
