Job summary

ScalableOS is seeking a technically strong Team Lead to head our Philippines-based NOC, a hands-on leadership role with substantial technical workload. You will be the senior presence on shift, the first escalation point, and the local liaison to the Head of NOC in the UK.

You will lead workload distribution, drive incident resolution for P1/P2, and mentor the team while maintaining NOC standards and structured updates.

Qualifications

• Network & security track with BGP/WAN routing, firewalling, IPsec and ECX Fabric experience.
• Linux & virtualization track covering Linux admin on Ubuntu/RHEL, OpenNebula, VMware vSphere, scripting.
• Across both tracks: TCP/IP, OSI, monitoring, ITIL-aligned incident/change management and clear ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Philippines shift, manage workload distribution and team performance during your hours.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents and drive resolution.
• Enforce NOC standards, prioritization rules, and change control discipline.
• Own shift handover and ensure clear next steps on all in-flight incidents.
• Mentor engineers, identify skill gaps, and support onboarding programs.
