Job summary

Winning Assistants Llc is seeking a Neurology Medical VA to support patient care coordination and prior authorizations from a remote location. The role focuses on pre-charting, testing coordination, and post-visit follow-ups within a four-visit yearly program.

Strong organizational skills, experience with EHR/EMR, and HIPAA training are required. This is a part-time remote position with US client workflows and MRI PA support preferred.

Qualifications

• Must speak and write English clearly and professionally.
• Must have relevant work experience.
• NBI Clearance/Police Clearance before onboarding.
• Able to attend video meetings with camera on when required.
• HIPAA trained and certified.

Responsibilities

• Pre-chart and prepare patient charts before appointments.
• Support approximately 3 patients per day, up to 12–15 per week.
• Ensure required test results, labs, imaging, and other information are added to charts before visits.
• Coordinate testing across platforms (cognitive testing, imaging, labs).
• Handle post-visit patient communication and follow-ups.
• Track outstanding patient-related tasks and follow-ups.
• Prepare charts for physician review and note completion.
• Coordinate and track care and results without clinical review.
