Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a .NET CMS Tech Lead to guide the architecture and development of enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core. The role emphasizes mentoring engineers, collaborating with clients, and delivering scalable software from architecture to deployment.

You will drive technical discovery, project estimation, and pre-sales engagements while promoting coding standards and best practices in a remote, day-shift setting in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience building enterprise web apps with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design.
• Experience delivering RESTful APIs and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with clients.
• Experience with Azure and modern cloud-based app development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, coaching, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
• Drive technical delivery from solution architecture through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Participate in technical discovery, solution design, and project estimation.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Promote engineering excellence by improving standards and coding practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and advise on system architecture and performance.
