Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior .NET CMS Tech Lead to design, architect, and deliver enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core. You will mentor engineers, review code, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.

This is a work-from-home, day-shift opportunity in the Philippines. The role emphasizes scalable, secure software, strong communication with stakeholders, and driving delivery from architecture to deployment while upholding

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience developing applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, or .NET Core.
• Experience with an enterprise .NET CMS such as Sitecore, Kentico, or Optimizely.
• Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring software engineers.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design principles, and system design.
• Experience building scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• At least 7 years of experience developing applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, or .NET Core.
• Experience with an enterprise .NET CMS such as Sitecore, Kentico, or Optimizely
• Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring software engineers.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design principles, and system design.
• Experience building scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with clients.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern cloud-based application development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks is an advantage.
