Job summary

LogiScale Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Visual & Technical Expert for podcasts and brand. You will set up and run studio operations, produce long-form and short-form videos, design digital assets, and ensure seamless file management across teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in video production, proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or Canva, and willingness to work on-site and on location shoots, with a strong eye for storytelling and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Arts, Film, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in video production, multimedia, content creation, or related role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for motion graphics and digital asset creation.
• Experience in video shooting, including camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and current video/content trends.
• Willingness to work on-site and on location shoots and adjust schedules accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and edit long-form and short-form video content for podcasts, social media, digital campaigns, and internal events.
• Set up, operate, and maintain video, audio, and lighting equipment for multi-cam in-studio podcast recordings and on-location shoots.
• Ensure the podcast studio is properly managed, maintained, and fully operational for all recording sessions.
• Design and produce creative digital assets across marketing channels, including YouTube thumbnails and social graphics, aligning with brand guidelines.
• Execute full post-production (editing, color correction, motion graphics, audio mastering, captions, visual treatments).
• Organize, manage, label, and securely back up all raw footage and project files for seamless handoffs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and partners to align on narrative flow and timely delivery of outputs.
