Job summary

SuperStaff Outsourcing is seeking a Jr. Multimedia Specialist in Makati to support podcast production, video work, and brand assets.

You will set up studio gear, shoot on location, edit long- and short-form content, design thumbnails, and ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines while collaborating with the Marketing team and partners.

This role emphasizes strong organization, archiving, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in video editing and podcast production.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain video, audio, and lighting equipment for multi-cam podcast shoots.
• Plan, produce, and edit long-form and short-form video content for podcasts and social media.
• Manage photo/video shoots including lighting, framing, and composition.
• Perform complete post-production: color correction, audio mastering, captions, and motion graphics.
• Design and deliver digital assets like YouTube thumbnails and banners while enforcing brand guidelines.
• Archive and organize raw footage, project files, and final renders across company storage.
• Collaborate with Marketing and partners to align on narrative flow and ensure timely delivery.
