Job summary

SuperStaff is seeking a Studio Manager/Video Producer to oversee in-house podcast productions and on-site shoots. You will manage studio equipment, lighting, and crew, and ensure every session runs smoothly.

You will plan, shoot, and edit long-form and short-form content, craft YouTube thumbnails and social graphics, and maintain strict brand guidelines. On-site work, with benefits like HMO and life insurance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts or related field.
1–2 years in video production, multimedia, or content creation.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro.
Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Experience in video shooting: camera operation, lighting, and audio.
Willingness to work on-site and on location.

Responsibilities

Familiarize and work towards being the visual and technical expert for the podcast and brand.
Set up, operate, and maintain video, audio, and lighting for multi-cam shoots.
Plan, produce, and edit high-quality long-form and short-form video content.
Design and produce creative digital assets across marketing channels.
Archive and manage all raw footage and project files; collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery.
