Job summary

Jobtailor in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a multimedia specialist to manage end-to-end podcast video production, from on-site capture to post-production. You will own camera operation, lighting, sound, and editing workflows for multi-camera studio recordings and on-location shoots.

The role requires 1–2 years in video production, proficiency in Premiere Pro, and a strong sense of visual storytelling. You’ll collaborate with Marketing and production partners while ensuring brand-aligned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Arts, Film, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field; other degrees may be considered depending on the experience or portfolio
1-2 years of experience in video production, multimedia, content creation, or a related role
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for motion graphics and digital asset creation
Experience in video shooting, including camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and current video/content trends
Willingness to work on-site and on location and adjust schedules when required for shoots

Responsibilities

Become the visual and technical expert for the podcast and company brand
Set up, operate, and maintain video, audio, and lighting equipment for multi-camera studio podcast recordings and mobile/on-location shoots
Manage, maintain, and ensure the podcast studio is operational for recording sessions
Plan, produce, and edit long-form and short-form video content for podcasts, social media, digital campaigns, and internal events
Manage photo/video shoots, including lighting, framing, and composition
Execute post-production, including editing, color correction, motion graphics, audio mastering, captions, and visual treatments
Design digital assets including YouTube thumbnails, social media graphics, quote cards, promotional posters, digital ads, and presentation decks
Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines
Organize, label, manage, and securely back up raw footage, project files, and final renders on company servers and cloud drives
Collaborate with Marketing, third-party partners, internal departments, production partners, and stakeholders to plan and execute multimedia projects
Align campaign narrative flow, requirements, communication, and timely delivery of quality outputs
