Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. in Manila-area studios seeks an experienced Studio Technical Manager to oversee cameras, lighting, sound and editing equipment for live broadcasts and recordings.

You will lead and train technical staff, develop SOPs, coordinate with production teams, manage inventory, and help budget and procure equipment while ensuring compliance with industry standards and continuous technological improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical equipment and systems in the studio (cameras, lighting, sound, editing).
• Set up and operate equipment for live broadcasts or recordings.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop SOPs for equipment usage and maintenance.
• Train and supervise technical staff (camera operators, sound engineers, editors).
• Collaborate with production teams to meet technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Research new technologies to improve studio capabilities.
• Maintain inventory and assist in budgeting and procurement.
