Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Multimedia Designer for a 100% remote position in the Philippines. The role combines graphic design and video editing to deliver monthly marketing themes and promotional assets.

You will create banners, social graphics, and email visuals using Canva, InDesign, and CapCut, while also producing short-form videos with AI voiceovers. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for typography, color balance, and layout, plus proven samples.

Qualifications

Must include a link showcasing graphic design proficiency (banners, ads, social posts, layout).
Video editing samples should also be included if available.
Strong eye for font pairings, color balance, visual flow, and spacing.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Asset Creation (75%): create monthly marketing themes, update banners, produce email/social graphics, organize assets.
Video Assembly & Editing (25%): assemble short-form videos, add voiceovers, produce 16:9 and 9:16 versions, build templates for quick turns.
