Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Multimedia Designer for a 100% remote position in the Philippines. The role combines graphic design and video editing to deliver monthly marketing themes and promotional assets.

You will create banners, social graphics, and email visuals using Canva, InDesign, and CapCut, while also producing short-form videos with AI voiceovers. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for typography, color balance, and layout, plus proven samples.

Multimedia Designer

Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide! We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.

And we’re looking for a Multimedia Designer to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Graphic Design & Asset Creation (75%)

  • Build 12–15 monthly core marketing themes (backgrounds, event logos, color schemes) for dealerships.

  • Update and adapt inventory-based ad banners using Banner Insight and Banner Studio, ensuring layouts aren't cluttered.

  • Create 900x900px email blasts, social graphics, and custom offers using Canva, InDesign, or Photoshop.

  • Organize and catalog background graphics, fonts, and promotional assets for rapid reuse.

• Video Assembly & Editing (25%)

  • Assemble short-form video content in CapCut (cleaning raw footage, adding transitions, music, captions, and brand overlays).

  • Integrate AI-generated voiceovers (via 11Labs) with manufacturer running footage and logo cards.

  • Produce both horizontal (16:9) and vertical (9:16 Reels/Shorts) versions of promotional videos.

  • Batch-build video templates and openings during slower parts of the month for quick turnarounds later.

Qualifications:

• Must be highly comfortable in Canva, Adobe InDesign, CapCut, and AI tools (ChatGPT, 11Labs).

• Must be able to slow down and proofread work rather than rushing to hit deadlines.

• Needs curiosity to understand *why* a task matters to the client, not just how to copy-paste it.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST | 40 hours per week | Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱60K/month
