Job summary

Tarino - Offshore Recruitment is seeking a proactive Loan Processor for a fully remote role based in the Philippines, supporting a New Zealand mortgage broking firm. You will manage client records, loan files and day-to-day admin to enable brokers to focus on clients.

The ideal candidate has experience in loan processing or VA, excellent English and a stable work-from-home setup. You will work NZ business hours and contribute to a growing team with training and support.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in loan processing, administration or virtual assistant roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to work in New Zealand business hours.
• Stable work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, including record keeping and data entry.
• Set up new loan applications and keep client records up to date in the CRM.
• Manage workflow tasks to keep files moving through stages and chase outstanding items.
• Request and collect client documents, tracking what is outstanding and following up promptly.
• Prepare, format and organize documents to support brokers and the processing team.
• Coordinate appointments, reminders and follow-ups to meet deadlines.
• Assist with compliance housekeeping to ensure files are complete and stored correctly.
• Pull simple reports and pipeline summaries when needed.
• Proactively surface tasks and ideas to keep processes moving.
