Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft technologies, solutions engineering, technical consulting, systems engineering, or a related technical role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience assessing technical requirements and recommending Microsoft-based solutions.
• Working knowledge of cloud computing, endpoint management, identity and access management, and enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Strong presentation, documentation, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and technical stakeholders throughout the presales process.
• Microsoft certifications relevant to Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune or endpoint management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft security solutions, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, or other AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, solution architecture documents, and licensing recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, business objectives, and existing IT environments.
• Design and recommend Microsoft-based solutions that address customer needs, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
• Develop technical solution proposals, architecture diagrams, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate customer environments and recommend solutions that improve security, productivity, device management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance on feasibility, implementation considerations, integration requirements, and best practices.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, administration, and cloud-based productivity solutions.
• Explain licensing options, security features, collaboration capabilities, and integration possibilities.
• Support discussions on identity management, access controls, and security configurations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Intune and endpoint management.
• Recommend device enrollment, configuration, compliance, deployment, and endpoint security.
• Advise on MDM/MAM and lifecycle management.
• Explain integration between Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and other security technologies.
• Support demonstrations and discussions on endpoint management and device security.
• Assess Azure cloud solutions and provide recommended strategies.
• Explain cloud migration approaches, hybrid environments, scalability, availability, and cost optimization.
• Develop recommendations aligned with customer infrastructure and business goals.
• Support Azure architecture discussions and integration with Microsoft 365.
