Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead solution design and pre-sales activities for M365-based engagements. You will analyze complex client environments, prepare cost models for services, and present proposals to customers while guiding scope and commercials to contract sign-off.

Post-signing, you will transition to delivery governance and pursue upsell opportunities, collaborating with field sales teams to grow the regional account base and support customer acquisition

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related components.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience owning pre-sales activities and collaborating with field-based account managers (BDMs).
• Experience analyzing business requirements and creating technical solution proposals based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and gather business requirements from large client environments to create accurate technical proposals.
• Prepare cost models for professional and managed services by studying blueprints and client documents.
• Present the Proposal/SOW to the customer and drive scope and commercials toward sign-off.
• Handover scope to delivery team after deal sign-off and oversee governance and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with BDMs and sales leadership to drive net new opportunities and support client acquisition.
