Magic, Inc. is seeking a Paid Social Media Coordinator to manage Meta campaigns for a remote, freelance role. The position focuses on activation, optimization, and measurement of paid social efforts to drive conversions and ROAS.

You’ll work closely with the Paid Social Team to implement tracking, run tests, and derive insights for client growth. Remote work from the Philippines is supported, with a flexible schedule and 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta paid social campaigns.
• Proven Meta Pixel and events expertise, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta campaigns, ad sets, and ads across funnels (prospecting, retargeting).
• Execute A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Continuously optimize toward CPA/ROAS/CVR targets and scale winning segments.
• Develop audience targeting, lookalikes, and exclusions; implement retargeting with first-party data.
• Set up and validate Meta Pixel and events; troubleshoot tracking gaps and attribution.
