VirtueStaff LLC is seeking a Meta Ads & GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to manage paid campaigns and backend lead workflows for a marketing agency client. The role involves creating Meta campaigns, linking Meta lead forms to GHL, and setting up automated email follow-ups to maximize conversions.

Ideal candidates will have specialist Meta Ads experience, strong GoHighLevel automation skills, and familiarity with Google PPC. Remote work with occasional admin tasks and social posting is expected.

Qualifications

• Specialist-level experience with the Meta Ads platform and Pixel implementation.
• Hands-on experience configuring GoHighLevel workflows and automated email campaigns.
• General digital marketing background with exposure to Google PPC platforms.
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools (e.g., NanoBanana) for ad creative is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns with Pixel tracking and lead-gen optimization.
• Set up real-time lead ingestion from Meta Lead Ads into GoHighLevel and route data accordingly.
• Design and maintain automated email sequences and workflows within GoHighLevel.
• Schedule and publish organic content across client social channels.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
