Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Assistant Merchant to support merchandising operations. You will work with merchants and cross-functional teams to manage daily priorities, deliverables, and issue resolution in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in Excel, data handling, and strong communication are essential. This is a remote role based in Manila, Philippines, with a home office setup required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, ecommerce or similar fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and learning agility; able to adapt to new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the merchandising team, including maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, managing meeting notes, and tracking follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain internal communications and presentations to ensure key updates, priorities, and action items are clearly communicated.
• Utilize merchandising systems and tools to complete daily tasks, maintain accurate information, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Collaborate with merchants and cross-functional support teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Take ownership of ad hoc and time-sensitive requests, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and ensuring timely execution.
