Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Customer Support - Mental Health Helpline Caller to provide warm, professional service to clients seeking psychological support. You will handle high-volume calls, schedule appointments, and guide clients through booking procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field and at least 2 years in healthcare or customer support with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• At least 2 years in customer support or healthcare coordination.
• Experience supporting mental health patients.
• Comfort with high-volume calls (30+ per day).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work Australian business hours remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle 700 calls per month or 30+ calls per day.
• Inbound calls; outbound for confirmations and follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with psychologists.
• Assist clients with enquiries about services and procedures.
• Communicate empathetically with distressed clients.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Escalate clinical concerns appropriately.
