Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Medical Technologist to join our remote team, handling telehealth lab operations from home. You will manage lab requisitions, investigate order and result issues, and support patient-facing communication with physicians and vendors to ensure smooth workflows.

The role emphasizes accuracy, HIPAA awareness, and strong written/verbal communication while enabling you to work from home with flexible scheduling and international travel opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare operations role
• Familiarity with lab terminology, biomarker panels, specimen types, and lab workflows
• Experience with lab software/EHR or ticketing systems is a plus

Aufgaben

• Work closely with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure proper and timely creation of lab requisitions and orders
• Investigate issues with lab orders and results, including stalled, cancelled, or missing orders
• Support Customer Service by troubleshooting lab-related requests and communicating lab details to patients
• Triage incoming faxes and records, routing lab results and medical records requests to correct workflows
• Complete data entry including lab order generation, lab result reporting, and tracking tasks
• Communicate with physicians and third-party vendors to resolve questions about lab requirements, escalating items outside your scope
