Responsabilités

• Review HIPAA Authorizations: verify signatures, patient information, dates of birth, dates of service and related details.
• Cross-Check Case Details: compare authorization information with internal records and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare Documents: transfer required information into authorization templates using PDF tools.
• Perform Quality Checks: review files for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and potential rejection reasons.
• Identify and Resolve Defects: flag missing/invalid information and create follow-up tasks.
• Follow Up and Escalate: monitor pending cases and escalate urgent items with specifics.
• Maintain Accurate Records: document decisions and case status for team transparency.
