Qualifications

• Excellent English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Proficient in MS Word and Google Docs; HIPAA knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review Word documents against PDF files page-by-page for accuracy.
• Verify patient information and ensure data completeness.
• Identify missing reports and report discrepancies promptly.
• Reprocess files when multiple reports are missing.
• Remove duplicate pages after review from the Word document.
• Submit finalized documents to the provider via Pipefy.
