Rockstar Global Careers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal team remotely. You will source, screen, and assess Medical Billing Specialists and related RCM professionals, guided by Rockstar’s scoring rubrics and HIPAA standards. This is a full-time, internal role, not a client placement.

You’ll work to build a strong pipeline, coordinate interviews, and support offers while ensuring candidates’ real billing experience aligns with each partner practice’s needs.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on medical billing experience covering full revenue cycle
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organization and follow-through across many candidates and roles
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a professional home office setup

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified medical billing and RCM candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
• Write and update job postings reflecting partner needs in billing roles
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates for upcoming partner placements
• Track candidate activity, status, and notes in the applicant tracking system
